My friend always think to have business and that business is a dream for him since we were kids. Until now, he still can’t establish a business because he still don’t have enough capital to start. His uncle told him before to have an investment and start to earn from a business. His uncle told him to have a timeshare which doesn’t work for him because his investment is not s good investment on a timeshare.
A timeshare is a joint ownership or lease of a Holiday Property by many people who all live in the property for a fixed period of time. There are some advantages on this investment and some disadvantages. Advantages like your accommodation is always available for your week without much expenses, the accommodation is usually of a very good standard and you always know what to expect. But the disadvantages are increasing management and maintenance fees, unable to exchange, high loan repayments. If a man like my friend would do an investment like timeshare, it is an amateur decision and he needs it to be resolved.
